Only the best ski equipment is used, and fitting will generally be done on the day of arrival.

The great Resorts are, of course, infinitely the best equipped to provide a really interesting programme of evening entertainment, and we are well aware that this is a most important part of a group's holiday. In general there are discos, Tyrolean evenings (or equivalent), skating, ice hockey, swimming, sleigh rides, tobogganing etc. Our representatives in the Resort will have full details of the programme.

We take great care in the choice of our Representatives and there is, of course, at least one in each of our Resorts, and one in most hotels. In general they are excellent or expert skiers and should not only be able to help to ensure the smooth running of your holiday but also should have the ability to help you where it matters most - with the skiing.

Our firm is, of course, financially bonded with one of the major insurance companies, Contractors Bonding Ltd. This ensures complete financial security for all our clients.

Our accommodation has been specially inspected and selected by our Continental Managers as being particularly suitable for our groups. The rooms are mainly 2, 3 and 4-bedded and most have private facilities. Bunk bedded rooms for children are common on the Continent and it should also be noted that there is never a preponderance of single rooms. Good food can be relied on. Full details of your accommodation in any resort can be given, and we will be happy to help you choose.

 

Lifts

The great irony of skiing major resorts is that so often the costs of lifts for groups are less than in the little resorts which are so much less in the way of ski runs and general facilities.

Great resorts not only give greater skiing but so often lower costs also!

 

Instruction

In France and Italy our instruction will mainly come from the local ski school. However, in Austria, Switzerland and Canada we use mainly our own ski instructors, who will generally be BASI, or equivalent qualification.
