How to book

STEP ONE:

YOU MAKE YOUR CHOICE.

You make your choice with the help and advice (if you need it) from our Travel Advisers. You decide on the Resort which best suits your requirements and also on your preferred date and method of travel.

STEP TWO:

YOU MAKE A PROVISIONAL BOOKING.

Simply telephone 01404 871500 and make your provisional booking. This does not bind you in any way, but it does guarantee you reserved space in the resort for the chosen period. This is held for 14 days, allowing good time for your publicity campaign and enrolments. If you find your party is not as large as you expected, don't worry, we welcome small groups as well as large.

STEP THREE:

YOU SEND YOUR FIRST DEPOSITS.

You confirm your booking by sending the initial deposit per paying member together with the booking form duly completed. If you find yourself in difficulties with regard to getting your party together, an extension of the time your provisional booking is held may often be arranged.

STEP FOUR:

WE CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING.

STEP FIVE:

YOU PAY YOUR SECOND DEPOSITS.

You pay your second deposits 8 weeks after the first. Your deposits must be on time to ensure the price guarantee.

STEP SIX:

YOU PAY YOUR THIRD DEPOSITS.

You pay your third deposits 8 weeks after the second.

STEP SEVEN:

YOU PAY YOUR FOURTH DEPOSIT.

Your pay your fourth deposit 8 weeks after the third.

STEP EIGHT:

YOU PAY YOUR FINAL BILL.

Your final invoice will be sent to you about 12 weeks before departure and the balance must be paid to us not less than 10 weeks before your departure date.

STEP NINE:

WE SEND YOU YOUR FINAL DETAILS.

Three/four weeks before your departure we send you your final itinerary and details and wish you a good holiday.
